Program Name: Carbo Computers SMS Communications
Program Description: When you contact Carbo Computers via phone, web form, or text message, you may receive SMS text messages from us for the following purposes: responding to your service inquiry, appointment confirmations, service status updates, and customer support communications. This is a transactional messaging program — we do not send marketing or promotional texts. The program also delivers automated operational alerts from Carbo Computers’ own systems (for example server health, backup status, and forwarded copies of text messages received on our business line) to the business owner and staff who have opted in by entering their own mobile number into our systems. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Opt-In: You opt in by texting our business line, by providing your mobile number to us and asking for text updates, or (for Carbo Computers personnel) by adding your own number to our alerting configuration. We do not send texts to anyone who has not contacted us or opted in.
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us. You will only receive messages in direct response to your inquiries or service requests.
Message & Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply. Standard carrier rates apply to all SMS messages sent and received.
Opt-Out: You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any text message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive one confirmation message and no further texts.
